Cancellation & No-Show Policy I value your time and mine! Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. A no-show is considered an appointment where the client does not arrive or communicate before the scheduled appointment time. Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the service and remaining appointment time. This may result in a cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service total. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows. I understand that emergencies happen and will handle them on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for respecting my time and allowing me to provide the best experience for every client!
